Dr. Kathleen Bryant Seiler, DDS

Dr. Kathleen Seiler, a native of Buckingham County, is proud to join her father, Dr. J. Cary Bryant, in practice.   She attended the University of Virginia, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.    Dr. Seiler attended the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2002.   She began practicing dentistry as a commissioned officer in the US Army.  She completed a 2-year Comprehensive Advanced-Education in General Dentistry residency at Ft Bragg, NC, where she received training in cosmetic dentistry,  implant restorations, and sedation dentistry.  Following her residency training, Dr. Seiler served at numerous locations in the US and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  She is proud to have completed her military service and join her father and husband in private practice.

Dr. Seiler believes that a healthy smile is important to a healthy life.  Her practice focuses on prevention of oral diseases and educating patients on links between their mouths and overall health.    Dr. Seiler enjoys teaching patients of all ages to care for their mouths and restoring them to a healthy condition.  One of the greatest compliments she receives is patients saying, "She's as gentle as her father."  Dr. Seiler hopes to continue the family tradition of gentle dental care by providing a comfortable, pleasant dental experience.

Dr. Seiler’s husband, Joe, is a general dentist who served in the US Army.  He joined Buckingham Family Dentistry in June 2012.   They have two children, Brandon and Ashley.
